FAQ

What is Veeter?

Veeter is a search engine built around fast pages, useful first-screen answers, and clean links to original sources.

What does Veeter search?

Veeter combines web/domain results, Wikipedia, books, docs, emoji data, and focused live cards such as weather and sports. Coverage is growing as each source passes quality checks.

What is Offline Search?

Offline Search is Veeter offered in a local format. After setup, supported searches run from downloaded local assets instead of silently sending queries to a hosted search service.

Do live cards call other services?

Hosted live cards may use cached public sources when the query clearly asks for live data, such as weather. Private local mode does not hide remote live calls behind local search.

Do you personalize results?

Veeter favors explicit local preferences, like language, location, and temperature units, over account profiles. Search should work without tracking a person across the web.

Why do some searches look sparse?

Veeter is still building audited indexes. A smaller clean result set is better than filling pages with duplicate, paywalled, low-quality, or unverified sources.

How do I send product feedback?

Use the feedback page for search quality notes, bugs, and product ideas.
