Why an unencrypted connection is dangerous
HTTP does not protect the confidentiality, authenticity, or integrity of this page.
On an HTTP connection, Wi-Fi operators, internet providers, network administrators, compromised routers, and attackers between you and Veeter may be able to read your searches, observe the pages you open, change search results, inject content, or redirect links.
Do not enter passwords, financial details, medical information, private messages, precise personal locations, or other sensitive information while using HTTP.
Veeter keeps HTTP available only so very old computers can still reach public search. This warning cannot make HTTP safe. Upgrade your browser or device, use an HTTPS-capable translating proxy, or switch to encrypted Veeter whenever possible.
